Designed by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, 1177 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the Americas Tower, is a relatively new commercial office building on Bryant Park that was built in 1992. However, it was designed in the older art deco style, featuring a coral polished marble facade and a stepped spire. The lobby soars five stories or 60 feet. Full floors are available for rent, averaging around 20,000 square feet, and featuring rich finishes such as wood paneling, granite and slate floors. Other amenities include 24/7 security, a mailroom and message center.

Most of the tenants at 1177 Avenue of the Americas are law firms and other professionals, including Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, LLP; Bank Hapoalim; Drinker, Biddle & Reath; CoStar Realty, Inc.; QVT Financial and Tradeweb Markets LLC. The building’s Bryant Park location provides quick access to the B, D, F and M trains as well as the N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3 and 7 trains at nearby Times Square.
