3 Columbus Circle

Three Columbus Circle occupies a prominent address at a busy crossroad in Manhattan. The Columbus Circle area is home to many commercial offices and retail stores at the southwest corner of Central Park. The Colonnade Building was originally constructed on the site. It was only three stories tall, but was built to support a much taller building. In 1927, Shreve & Lamb Architects designed an office tower to rest upon this base. The structure was known as the Newsweek Building, but it has been modernized with $60 million in improvements and now features a glass curtain wall that offers panoramic views of the park and city.

Three Columbus Circle offers a wide range of sizes for office space, with floor plates spanning from 21,000 square feet to over 40,000 square feet. The building also features usable terraces, on-site security and management and USPS drop-off. Three Columbus Circle is convenient to many bus lines, ferries and subways, including the N, R, Q and E trains. Tenants include Newsweek Inc.; Gilder, Gagnon, Howe & Co.; Chase; Russell International Marketing Services and Xerox Corp.
