Originally known as the AT&T Long Distance Building, 32 Avenue of the Americas is a state of the art telecommunications facility. It was designed in the Art Deco style, and the 27-story masonry building features two distinctive spires and contains a historic lobby lined with murals. The structure was extensively renovated in 2002 with fitted with new mechanical equipment and an upgraded communications infrastructure.
