An alternative to upstate New York real estate: One Bryant Park, Bank of America Tower | Metro Manhattan Office Space

The recently completed Bank of America Tower is currently the second tallest building in New York City, behind the Empire State Building. Its glass and aluminum-clad crystalline structure, which is capped by a tall spire, rises 1,200 feet above Bryant Park. The tower is the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certified skyscraper, and is an energy efficient model for high-rise office design. Insulated glass, abundant natural light and a system that captures rainwater for reuse all contribute to the building's green status. An under-floor air system maintains a constant, comfortable temperature for tenants while keeping operating costs low.

Although over half of the building's occupied space serves as the headquarters for Bank of America, there is plenty of prime office space available for rent in the tower, and the lowest six floors can function as trading space. The structure also houses the 1,500 square foot Henry Miller Theater. The Bank of America tower is conveniently located near most major subway lines that run beneath Bryant Park and Times Square, only one block away.
