Lease Prestigious Offices at The GE Building, 30 Rockefeller Plaza

The GE Building, also known as 30 Rock, is the main and most notable of the buildings that comprise the Rockefeller Center. The 70 story tower was built in the 1930s and originally known as the RCA Building. It was designed in the Art Deco style by architect Raymond Hood, and it features a sculptural facade and a flat roof. Visitors may access the Top of the Rock observation deck, which was recently renovated. The famous sunken Rockefeller Plaza and ice rink is situated on axis with the GE Building’s prominent facade.

The GE Building is one of the most desirable buildings to lease Rockefeller Center office space. Large corporation, national law firms  and financial services firms are the type of businesses that tend to make their home at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

Aside from housing the Rockefeller family’s offices and the General Electric Company, one of the building’s main tenants is NBC. Several well-known shows have been filmed in the building, including Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. Also located within the building is the Rainbow Room club and restaurant. Other tenants include Haynes & Boone and Lazard Freres. Amenities of the GE Building include on-site management, garage parking, and direct connection to a shopping concourse and the subway, including the B, D, F and M lines.
