Is your perfect space at Office Space at Metropolitan Life Tower ?

The distinctive Metropolitan Life Tower, not to be confused with the MetLife Building in Midtown, overlooks Madison Square Park. Its form calls to mind a bell tower, particularly the Campanile in Venice. The exaggerated features of the tower make it appear far shorter than its 50 stories—each of the clocks is three stories high, and the numbers each weight a half ton.

Small floor plates, which were further reduced by the elevator shaft, rendered the Metropolitan Life Tower unprofitable, and it was purchased by a developer and will be converted for residential or hotel use. However, the adjacent Metropolitan Life North Building, also known as the Credit Suisse building, offers almost 2 million square feet of office space within a large footprint.
