For example, the Commercial Revitalization Program (CRP) offers savings for tenants of up to ten dollars per square foot over the course of five years. The Lower Manhattan Energy Program (LMEP) allows for savings on electricity for tenants of up to 45 percent. The Lower Manhattan Relocation Assistance Program (LMREAP) provides a tax credit of $3,000 per employee for companies that choose to relocate to the area.
