The Graybar Building: Lease Offices in an Iconic New York City Office Building

Located adjacent to Grand Central Terminal, the Graybar Building was originally home to the Graybar Electric Company. It is a limestone and brick-clad Art Deco tower with a prominent entry canopy supported by cables. The entrance is flanked by ornate bas reliefs. The Graybar Building was designed by architects Sloan & Robertson, who also designed several other Art Deco towers in New York City including the Chanin Building and 29 Broadway.

Current tenants of the Graybar Building include Bank Leumi, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc., New York Life Insurance Company and an Equinox gym. The building features a renovated lobby, elevators, corridors, bathrooms and new operable windows. Other amenities include onsite management, a messenger center, and tenant controlled HVAC. Tenants also enjoy direct access to Grand Central Terminal, with many retail shops and multiple transportation options, including Amtrak and Metro North service as well as 4, 5, 6 and 7 subways.
