32 Old Slip, One Financial Square leases office space, Manhattan | Metro Manhattan Office Space

The Postmodern design of One Financial Square  in lower Manhattan by architect Edward Durell Stone is shape-shifting. At the ground level, the 37 floor building take the form of a rectangle. Through a series of stepped transitions, the building folds at the corners to become an octagon. The building's cladding is horizontal white stone panels that alternate with glass, though the top portion of the building is purely a glass curtain wall. The building includes a lobby with soaring, 40 foot high ceilings. The floors are free of columns, and range from 23,000 square feet to nearly 40,000 square feet.

Tenants of One Financial Square include American Home Assurance Co., Daiwa Securities, Inc. and The Bank of New York. Positioned on the East River near the tip of Manhattan, the spaces within the building command views of the New York Harbor. One Financial Square is convenient to the South Street Seaport, Staten Island Ferry and the 2, 3, J and Z trains.
