60 East 42nd Street, One Grand Central Place is an option for an office, New York | Metro Manhattan Office Space

Formerly known as the Lincoln Building, One Grand Central Place is located near Grand Central Terminal and the Metropolitan Life Building. The 53-story neo-Gothic building has been renovated to improve its interior and infrastructure, including the lobby, common corridors, bathrooms and windows. The exterior of the building is clad in cream stone, and the lobby is lined with light marble, a coffered ceiling and features a bronze model by Daniel Chester French for the statue in the Washington DC Lincoln Memorial.  

Amenities include direct access to Grand Central, with Amtrak and Metro North service as well as access to the 4, 5, 6, and 7 trains. Other amenities in the building are 24 hour security, a multi-media conference center for tenants, a visitor center, law library, messenger center and access to retail and restaurants within a shopping arcade. Office space is flexible, and is available in a variety of layouts from turn-key to built-to-suit spaces. Tenants also maintain control of the AC. Current tenants include Malkin Holdings, Ashley Capital and the American Bureau of Shipping.
