The roof is pyramidal in shape and capped with copper. The complex offers a public plaza with landscaping, a fountain and a cafe area. Beneath the plaza is a theater that presents off-Broadway shows.  

Tenants of One Worldwide Plaza include Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LifeTime Television and Universal Music Group. The building contains three lobbies, and offers on-site management, security, a messenger center and a 550 car garage. Located within the facility is a Bally Sports Club. Tenants enjoy direct access to the A, C, and E subway station at 50th Street. Other nearby lines include the B, D, N, Q, R, 1 and trains.
