Office Rentals at 65 Bleeker Street a Greenwich Village Historic Landmark

Located on Bleecker Street in NoHo, the Bayard-Condict Building was designed by acclaimed Chicago architect Louis Sullivan. It is his only built work in New York City.  The building was among the first steel framed skyscrapers erected in the city, but the structure is concealed beneath masonry and a white terra cotta exterior. The skyscraper’s form is articulated with a defined base, middle and cornice. Ornamentation appears on the base, cornice and spandrels in the form of bas-reliefs that depict floral elements and angels. The Bayard-Condict Building was restored in 2000 by WASA/Studio A architects and engineers, including cleaning and repair work on the facade.

Office tenants in the building include Phaidon Global LLC, CAPS Payroll LLLC and Council of Fashion Designers of America. Le Pain Quotidien occupies the ground floor.

Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, The Bayard-Condict Buildings is steps from New York University.  Major bus and subway lines are only blocks away.
