The Starrett Lehigh Building, which was constructed in 1932 along the Hudson River, originally served as a freight distribution center with a railroad line on the ground floor.  Since, it has been renovated into loft and office space and is home to many corporations and tenants within the arts, media and fashion. The large structure features a brick exterior with bands of ribbon windows. A $30 million renovation project resulted in new elevators, heating plant, electrical wiring and HVAC systems, as well as a new roof and lobby interior.

Current tenants of the Starrett Lehigh Building include Verizon, Martha Stewart, Tommy Hilfiger, Clicquot  Inc., Zurich American Insurance, Hugo Boss and Club Monaco.
